Dr. Christopher Khoury - Co-Founder & President

For over two decades, Dr. Christopher Khoury has devoted his career to advancing academic programs, supporting students with disabilities, and creating inclusive opportunities for youth to thrive. His public education career began in 2004 where he coached and taught special education in high school. Since 2018, he has served as an Educational Diagnostician with Prosper Independent School District in Texas, identifying learning differences, developing individualized education plans, and ensuring 100% compliance with federal, state, and local special education regulations across the schools he serves.

In higher education, Dr. Khoury has been a Senior Contributing Faculty Member at Walden University since 2013, where he mentors future educators and actively shapes academic policy and practice. His committee service includes the Teacher Licensure Assessment Committee, the Associate Dean Advisory Council, the Integrated Teaching and Learning Advisory Council, and the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee. He also participates in Walden University’s education licensure programs accreditation and state approval interview processes with both the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) and the Professional Education Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) — contributing directly to upholding rigorous standards for educator preparation nationwide.

As Co-Founder & President of NextGen United Champions Sports Foundation (NextGen UCSF)

Dr. Khoury leads initiatives that remove financial, social, and accessibility barriers so every child can experience the camaraderie, life lessons, and personal growth that athletics provide. He is also CEO of Endeavor Education LLC, where his entrepreneurial vision fuels innovative solutions in education and advocacy.

His professional excellence and leadership have been recognized nationally:

Dr. Khoury’s mission and story have also reached national audiences through his feature interview on the Up Close Radio podcast with Doug Llewelyn.

Beyond his professional roles, he serves the community as a dedicated volunteer with Dallas Children’s Charities, supporting fundraising and programs for at-risk youth in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Family is the heart of his life’s work. He is the proud father of Catherine Abbigail (19), a student at Texas A&M University, and Audrey Emilynn-Grace (13), an eighth-grader and competitive volleyball player with Texas Advantage Volleyball Club. Their ambition, resilience, and character inspire his vision for a future where no young person is left on the sidelines.

Currently, Dr. Khoury is authoring his memoir, Keep Pushing Forward (expected late 2025), a candid and unfiltered account of overcoming an undiagnosed learning disability. The book challenges readers to rethink what capability and resilience truly mean, while offering educators, parents, and caregivers actionable strategies to recognize and nurture hidden potential.
