1. Media Acknowledgment
- Coach(es)/Team agree that NextGen UCSF may highlight the team and/or coach in public communications (including social media and website features) to celebrate the assistance provided.
- No specific player names or identifiable personal information about minors will be published without separate written consent from a parent/guardian.
- Highlights may include team photos, coach photos, or general imagery connected to the program.
2. Social Media Engagement
- Coach(es)/Team will follow
NextGen UCSF’s official social media accounts on at least one major platform.
- Coach(es)/Team will share or repost
any NextGen UCSF social media posts that specifically highlight their team or program.
3. Gratitude Tagging
- When making public thank-you posts for the assistance received, Coach(es)/Team will tag NextGen UCSF’s official account(s).
4. Impact Statement
- Coach and/or a designated parent will provide a brief written impact statement
describing how the assistance benefited the player and/or team.
- This statement may be posted on the team’s social media and may also be featured on NextGen UCSF’s website, social channels, and printed materials.
- Timeframe:
Impact statement must be submitted within 30 days
of receiving assistance.
5. Photo Release
- If a team or coach chooses to provide photos (with all necessary permissions secured), Coach(es)/Team grant NextGen UCSF the right to use those images in promotional or celebratory materials.
- No images of minors will be used without appropriate parental/guardian consent.
6. Positive Representation
- Coach(es)/Team agree to represent NextGen UCSF positively in public and online spaces.
7. Compliance with Use of Funds/Support
- All assistance will be used solely for the approved purpose(s) stated in the application.
- Receipts, invoices, or proof of purchase may be required for reimbursement-based assistance.
