At NextGen United Champions Sports Foundation, we believe every young person carries an X factor — a unique quality that sets them apart and fuels extraordinary success. The RISE Program exists to ensure that economically disadvantaged and underrepresented youth have the opportunity to discover and develop that X factor through the transformative power of all sports.

From flag football to basketball, soccer to volleyball, track to baseball, RISE opens doors to athletic experiences that build confidence, teamwork, resilience, and leadership. We break down financial and systemic barriers so that every child can step onto the court, field, or track, experience the camaraderie of a team, and gain the life skills that shape champions both on and off the playing surface.

What RISE provides:

• No-cost or low-cost participation for qualifying families across multiple sports
• Access to equipment, uniforms, and safe playing environments
• Mentorship and coaching that focus on character as much as competition
• Opportunities for recognition, advancement, and leadership development
