Our programs break down barriers and foster inclusion for economically disadvantaged and underrepresented youth, helping them build resilience, leadership, and lifelong confidence and through teamwork and mentorship.
Through generous donator support, we assist our youth by:
- Offering free or subsidized sports leagues, tournaments, and clinics
- Providing sports gear, uniforms, & safety equipment
- Cultivating leadership through mentoring and life-skills development
- Building community by promoting diversity and inclusion in youth sports

Where every supporter plays a vital role in helping youth RISE & G.E.A.R. up for success.
Champion of Change – $50,000+
- Impact: Fully funds a year of RISE & G.E.A.R. programming for an entire region, removing barriers for hundreds of youth.
- Recognition: Premier logo placement across all platforms, featured story in Annual Impact Report, exclusive media spotlight, year-round acknowledgment at all major events, and name/logo listed on website.
- Engagement: Invitation to participate in program launch events and strategic planning roundtables.
Pathway Leader – $25,000–$49,999
- Impact: Equips multiple teams with uniforms, gear, and travel support, plus mental health and leadership workshops.
- Recognition: Prominent logo placement on website, program materials, and event signage; featured in press releases and newsletters; name/logo listed on website.
- Engagement: Opportunity to present awards at select events and be profiled in donor highlight features.
Game Changer – $10,000–$24,999
- Impact: Supports a full season for one or more teams, covering equipment, coaching, and tournament fees.

- Impact: Supplies essential equipment and resources for individual athletes in need.

Team Supporter – $500–$999
- Impact: Covers tournament entry fees or travel costs for one athlete.
