Our Story
"At NextGen United Champions Sports Foundation, our mission is to empower the next generation of athletes by fostering an inclusive community united across all dimensions of diversity. We believe every individual possesses an 'X factor'—a unique quality that sets them apart and fuels extraordinary success. Our programs are designed to nurture these distinct talents, creating champions both on and off the field.
We are dedicated to breaking down barriers by providing opportunities for all youth, including those who may not have the means or opportunities to participate in sports, ensuring every young person can experience the camaraderie, skills, and life lessons inherent in the sport. Through teamwork, resilience, and respect, we strive to inspire young athletes to develop their potential, embrace diversity, and lead with integrity in sports and beyond."

About Us
Dr. Christopher Khoury
Co-Founder & President, NextGen United Champions Sports Foundation
Dr. Christopher Khoury is a visionary leader, educator, and advocate dedicated to the philosophy that every child deserves a chance to play, grow, and belong. As the Co-Founder and President of NextGen United Champions Sports Foundation (NextGen UCSF), Dr. Khoury leads the charge in breaking down the financial, social, and accessibility barriers that often keep underrepresented youth on the sidelines.
His mission—“Empowering Youth Through Inclusion, Education, and Sports”—is more than a professional mandate; it is a personal calling. Dr. Khoury’s global impact was further solidified in November 2025, when he was named Honorary Director of the Autism Foundation C.I.C. by its multi-award-winning CEO and founder, Faria Arsh. In this international role, he collaborates on initiatives that provide high-quality training and advocacy for exceptional individuals and their families worldwide.
Dr. Khoury’s unique approach is informed by his own lived experience of overcoming an undiagnosed reading disability to eventually earn a PhD in Educational Psychology. This journey of resilience is the subject of his forthcoming memoir, Keep Pushing Forward (slated for 2025/2026), where he candidly shares the obstacles he faced before being recognized as a leader in his field.
A multi-award-winning professional, Dr. Khoury was recently honored as a Global Icon of Impact (2025) in Dubai and featured as a Distinguished Leader in The Wall Street Journal by Marquis Who’s Who. His career spans over two decades of transformative work, including his roles as a Senior Contributing Faculty member at Walden University—where he received the 2022 Faculty Excellence Award—and an Educational Diagnostician for Prosper Independent School District, where he was named the 2021 Special Education Educator of the Year.
Through NextGen UCSF and his consultancy, Endeavor Education LLC, Dr. Khoury continues to fight for equity in action, ensuring that every young person, regardless of background, can experience the life-changing impact of mentorship, sportsmanship, and self-belief.
About Dr. Khoury:
Dr. Khoury’s mission and story have also reached national audiences through his feature interview on the Up Close Radio podcast with Doug Llewelyn. Beyond his professional roles, he serves the community as a dedicated member of Dallas Children’s Charities, supporting fundraising and programs for at-risk youth in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Family is the heart of his life’s work. He is the proud father of Catherine Abbigail (19), a student at Texas A&M University, and Audrey Emilynn-Grace (13), an eighth-grader and competitive volleyball player with Texas Advantage Volleyball Club. Their ambition, resilience, and character inspire his vision for a future where no young person is left on the sidelines.
Currently, Dr. Khoury is authoring his memoir, Keep Pushing Forward (expected late 2025), a candid and unfiltered account of overcoming an undiagnosed learning disability. The book challenges readers to rethink what capability and resilience truly mean, while offering educators, parents, and caregivers actionable strategies to recognize and nurture hidden potential. “NextGen UCSF exists because no child should be left on the sidelines. Every young person has a spark within them, and it’s our mission to help them see it, believe it, and use it to light their path.” – Dr. Christopher Khoury. “What makes NextGen special is our unwavering commitment to equity in action — not just in words. CK leads with both strategy and heart, and that combination is what changes lives.” – Josh Stewart, Co-Founder.
